I’ve been “lazy” updating the blog these days, because I’ve been busy taking care of the family.
With the warm Spring finally arrived, also does the virus. My boy has been sick for the past week with fever and less appetite. In order to let him eat well, I make many dumplings recently, wrapping inside meat and veggies, so that he can take a little bit of everything in each bite.

To give the dumpling/ bun another look, simply put the “mouth” of the bun at the bottom then press it flat. Pan fry it to give it a golden and crispy skin.
